It charges a periodic subscription fee which the user has to pay in advance to access its services.

Users have to pay a subscription fee for accessing Tharad Property’s services or becoming a member at tharadproperty.com, visit “Advertisement” page, click on “Add your advertisement”, select the plan and complete the registration process.
Any type of commercial/residential/industrial/plots/agricultural land can be listed on tharadproperty.com for purchase/sell/lease/investment.
If you have by any chance posted an unwanted comment or behavior or language is not appropriate or information in the comment is not useful or distracting or generating hatred or misleading any readers, then the Advertiser has the right to Delete the comment.
You can cancel the membership/subscription any time within the period of the subscription plan or you could wait till the period of your plan expires or discontinues.
